If your holidays were as good as mine, then you may feel very merry, but not as fit… Yep, me too! That’s just what happens this time of the year, but that’s alright, we’re here to help.

Once more we’re offering you FREE INDOOR CYCLING SESSIONS until is warm enough to ride outside. This year, however, we’ve decided to go a little further. We have TWO COACHES – Mark Bunyan and Mike McCarney – that are going to be working together to provide you with a kick ass progressive training. In other words, you’re free to come and go as you please, but if you choose to come to every class you will benefit from coaches that are complementing each others training to provide you with the most complete winter indoor cycling as possible. AGAIN, for free.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6PM (starting January 10th)

Where: At the Republic headquarters, of course.

What to bring: Wind trainer, bicycle, water, towel and will ( a little sense of humour doesn’t hurt).

How much: FREE,  dummy!!!!!

The other day I was making the rounds in some neighbourhood Holiday Open Houses and was informed by more than one person that they’re dressing up Christmasie and  coming on Thursday (22nd) at 7pm  to sing under the Christmas Tree by the shop. How amazing is that?! Buddy, the Elf would have said that ” the best way to spread Christmas Tree is singing loud for all to hear!”  and we would have to agree with him!

Thanks Brackendale and Squamish for being such a heart-warming amazing place to live.

Here’s the deal, our tune up- service price – it’s normally $60. We this pre-paid pass, you buy two tune-ups for $100. Simple math my friends. You may use your pass any time in the year. And for the average Squamish Rider (which is different than the average rider elsewhere) two tune-ups should take care of a big chunck of your season of shredding!

That’s it. I know I don’t have to say much because those are just simply RAD!
